  • Publication number: 20100272707
Abstract: The present invention relates to mucin glycoconjugates, and to a process of producing mucin glycoconjugates. It relates to the biological, pharmaceutical and medical applications thereof. The invention notably provides mucin glycoconjugates which do not require a protein carrier, such as KHL, to induce an immune response (anti-Tn IgG).

  • Publication number: 20080292556
Abstract: The invention concerns the field of molecular probe architecture for in vivo imaging. More particularly, the invention concerns molecular constructs providing an imaging function activable in intracellular environment, said constructs being further bound to a vector which enables certain cells to be targeted, and said cells to be internalized. The inventive fluorescence probes enable in particular images of certain targeted tissues to be formed, while maintaining a low background noise level and, preferably, while obtaining at the targeted tissue, an imaging signal increasing in time.

  • Publication number: 20070141665
Abstract: The invention relates to a chimeric protein which is derived from a high-threshold calcium channel and which is characterised in that it consists of at least one ? subunit or a fragment of same comprising at least the BID domain, which is fused at the NH2 or COOH end thereof with the I-II loop of an ?1 subunit or a fragment of same comprising at least the AID domain. The invention also relates to the applications of said protein in the study of cell signalling pathways that are dependent on G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) and the identification of compounds that modulate the activity of G proteins.

  • Publication number: 20060263381
Abstract: The invention relates to the production of peptide epitopes common to a plurality of antigens of the same multigene family, said epitopes containing at least one common pentapeptide sequence preceded by three amino acids at the N-terminal end and optionally followed by one or two amino acids at the C-terminal end. The invention also relates to polynucleotides coding for said epitopes. Said peptides and polynucleotides can be especially used in anti-tumour immunotherapy.
