    Abstract: This invention concerns a control system for automatic safety gate-valves.The system comprises two hydraulically controlled pistons, the rod axis of which is parallel to the axis of the valve passage, and a connection by equal connecting rods, symmetrical to the axis of the gate-rod, between each of the piston rods and the gate-rod, with a release spring exerting a force contrary to the opening force acting on each piston.This system is specially designed for automatic gate-valves for oil installations.
