[Solving Means] Laser light from a semiconductor laser 12 is split and formed into sheet lights Ls using a cylindrical lens 22, and the sheet lights Ls are crossed with each other at a predetermined position. A lens system 30 configured to form an image of scattered lights into a linear shape at a linear irradiation site Lx where the sheet lights Ls cross with each other is provided. An optical fiber array 32 having a plurality of optical fibers 34 is provided at an image-forming position of the lens system 30. Avalanche photodiodes 42 configured to convert the scattered lights which are shifted in frequency by the Doppler effect caused by the blood flow into electric signals for the each optical fiber 34 are provided.

Abstract: A circuit board using a heat radiating member that can cool an electronic component sufficiently without causing a substrate to break, increasing the total weight of the substrate, lowering the productivity, or increasing cost and device size. A circuit board has a substrate main body (4) having a wiring pattern (3) formed on a surface side, and a structure in which an LED module (1) is connected to the wiring pattern (3). The circuit board is characterized in that: a through hole (6) is provided in a portion of the substrate main body (4) so as to penetrate the substrate main body (4) from the surface side to a back side thereof; a heat radiating member (5) is provided on the back side of the substrate main body (4) so as to close one end of the through hole (6); and the LED module (1) is disposed in the through hole (6) so that the heat radiating member (5) and the LED module (1) are directly in contact with each other.

  • Patent number: 7736941
Abstract: In a light or radiation detector manufacturing method and a light or radiation detector of this invention, when forming a semiconductor, the semiconductor is formed in a predetermined thickness on a dummy substrate by vapor deposition, subsequently the dummy substrate is replaced with a graphite substrate which is a supporting substrate, and the semiconductor continues to be formed on the graphite substrate by vapor deposition. The time when forming the semiconductor in the predetermined thickness on the dummy substrate by vapor deposition is an initial state, and a defective film inevitably to be formed is formed on the dummy substrate. Subsequently, a semiconductor not in the initial state is formed on the graphite substrate put as replacement. This realizes a detector having the semiconductor of higher quality than in the prior art. The semiconductor manufactured in this way is formed continuously at least in a direction of thickness.
