Here, the image decoding method using the correlation between color components to perform intra prediction of chrominance components comprises the steps of: checking image data and a prediction mode in a bitstream; generating a prediction block according to a reconstructed prediction mode; determining compensation settings according to the size of a current block and the reconstructed prediction mode; compensating the prediction block according to the determined compensation settings; and reconstructing the current block by adding reconstructed image data to the prediction block.

Abstract: A bismuth-doped bismuth phosphate photoelectrode modified by titanium carbide and a preparation method are provided. A first chitosan coating and a second chitosan coating both show electropositivity, and a two-dimensional Ti3C2 coating shows electronegativity, wherein the bismuth-doped bismuth phosphate photoelectrode modified by two-dimensional Ti3C2 is prepared by an electrostatic self-assembly method. The method is efficient, environment friendly and has simple operation steps; no precious metals are doped in reactions, and no pollutants are produced in reaction processes to meet a requirement of environmental protection; and the method has positive significance for putting the bismuth-doped bismuth phosphate photoelectrode modified by the titanium carbide into actual production. The bismuth-doped bismuth phosphate photoelectrode enhances synergistic effect of electrons and delays recombination time of photo-induced electrons and hole pairs.
Abstract: A high-strength medical fiber composite material includes a sodium alginate hydrogel matrix and a fiber framework. The fiber framework is completely embedded in the sodium alginate hydrogel matrix and formed by compounding supporting layer fibers and reinforcing layer fibers. The reinforcing layer fibers are located above the supporting layer fibers. The reinforcing layer fibers and the supporting layer fibers are orthogonal to each other. According to the high-strength medical fiber composite material prepared in the present invention, the stiffness is improved by 3-4 orders of magnitude, the tensile strength is improved by 2-3 orders of magnitude, and the high-strength medical fiber composite material has high biocompatibility and safety and a great application prospect.
