Abstract: An Sb—Te—Ti phase-change thin-film material applicable to a phase-change memory and preparation thereof. The Sb—Te—Ti phase-change memory material is formed by doping an Sb—Te phase-change material with Ti, Ti forms bonds with both Sb and Te, and the Sb—Te—Ti phase-change memory material has a chemical formula SbxTeyTi100?x?y, where 0<x<80 and 0<y<100?x. When the Sb—Te—Ti phase-change memory material is a Ti—Sb2Te3 phase-change memory material, Ti atoms replace Sb atoms, and phase separation does not occur. The crystallization temperature of the Sb—Te—Ti phase-change memory material is significantly risen, retention is improved, and thermal stability is enhanced; meanwhile, the amorphous state resistance decreases, and the crystalline state resistance increases; and the Sb—Te—Ti phase-change memory material has wide application in phase-change memories.

Abstract: Determining a gear dynamic transmission error may include calculating a collision time interval via parameter values, such as an angular velocity of an input shaft measured by an angle coder, a drag torque of an output shaft provided by a magnetic powder brake, a gear backlash, and angular displacements of the input shaft and the output shaft and comparing a relative displacement contained with the gear backlash, until a value of the relative displacement of the comparison falls within an appropriate interval and meets requirements. In this way, a transmission error with relatively high accuracy may be obtained.

This procedure includes the MRI procedures to assess water saturation spectrum and the data processing steps to determine the temperature induced shifts of water resonance frequency and consequently to estimate the temperature change. This procedure also includes the procedure of assessing fat saturation spectrum and estimating fat resonance frequency. This method can be used as a clinical procedure for temperature mapping in multiple applications, especially where a significant amount of fat is present. One application is to monitor the temperature of the targeted tumor and its surrounding tissues during the procedure of hyperthermia.

Abstract: A computing device automatically classifies an observation vector. (a) A converged classification matrix is computed that defines a label probability for each observation vector. (b) The value of the target variable associated with a maximum label probability value is selected for each observation vector. Each observation vector is assigned to a cluster. A distance value is computed between observation vectors assigned to the same cluster. An average distance value is computed for each observation vector. A predefined number of observation vectors are selected that have minimum values for the average distance value. The supervised data is updated to include the selected observation vectors with the value of the target variable selected in (b). The selected observation vectors are removed from the unlabeled subset. (a) and (b) are repeated. The value of the target variable for each observation vector is output to a labeled dataset.
