Abstract: A method of rendering an overview axis is provided. A first indicator indicating a first graph element type to present in a canvas panel is received. First sample data is generated to render an instance of the first graph element type in the canvas panel. A second instance of the first graph element type is rendered in an overview axis using the generated first sample data. A second indicator indicating a second graph element type as a basis for presenting the overview axis is received, wherein the second graph element type is a different graph element type from the first graph element type. Second sample data is generated to render an instance of the second graph element type in the overview axis to replace the rendered second instance of the first graph element type.

  • Patent number: 9757339
Abstract: The present invention contemplates induction of immunological tolerance thereby providing permanent allograft acceptance. This method obviates the need for a lifelong regimen of immunosuppressive agents which can increase the risk of infection, autoimmunity, and cancer. Immunological tolerance is thought to be mediated by regulatory T lymphocytes (Treg cells) with immunosuppressive capabilities. A therapeutically relevant platform comprising artificial constructs are contemplated comprising numerous soluble and surface bound Treg cell stimulating factors that may induce tolerance following allograft transplantation. Such artificial constructs, being the size of a cell, have surface bound monoclonal antibodies specific to regulatory T-cell surface moieties and encapsulated soluble regulatory T-cell modulating factors.

  • Patent number: 9759499
Abstract: A launcher system includes a launcher having a sealed breech and a barrel adapted to receive a projectile with a charge of propellant and a mechanism to vary the launch velocity by selectively controlling the propellant gases vented out of the projectile and into the barrel. A collar can be repositioned through rotation or sliding movement to selectively allow propellant gases to vent out of the barrel or stop propellant gases from venting out of the barrel. When the collar is in a closed or non-venting configuration, propellant gasses build-up pressure behind the projectile, resulting in a relatively high launch velocity and, when the collar is in the open or venting configuration, a relatively low launch velocity is produced. A sliding breech face and energy-absorbing plug can also be provided to further decrease launch velocity.

  • Patent number: 9759026
Abstract: This invention discloses a method for wellbore pressure correction. The method comprises: measuring a bottom hole pressure using a downhole pressure measurement-while-drilling tool; calculating a predicted bottom hole pressure; and correcting a wellbore pressure using the measured bottom hole pressure and the predicted bottom hole pressure, to achieve managed pressure drilling (MPD). The invention makes up for the defect in the existing art that the difference between a wellbore pressure calculation processing method and the actual downhole pressure is relatively great, and is capable of more quickly and accurately calculating the wellbore pressure in real time so that accurate calculation and real-time correction and control of dynamic wellbore pressure on a narrow density window formation are achieved, thereby meeting the requirement of good bottom hole pressure and the requirement of ensuring safe and quick drilling.
