Abstract: A regeneration reactor of a CO2 capture system is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, in the CO2 capture system comprising a capture reactor selectively adsorbing CO2 by bringing a CO2-containing gas supplied from the outside into contact with a solid adsorbent, and a regeneration reactor separating the adsorbed CO2 from the solid adsorbent adsorbed with the CO2, the regeneration reactor includes a chamber having an inverted truncated cone shape being widened toward an upper part and narrowed toward a lower part, such that a pressure in the regeneration reactor is constantly maintained through the whole part and accordingly, a flow velocity in the chamber can be constantly maintained.

Abstract: An automatic radiopharmaceuticals filling machine mainly comprises a main unit with an activation mechanism to perform three-dimensional reciprocal movement. The activation mechanism has a lateral slider that can be activated to move reciprocally along lateral X-axis. On the lateral slider, there is a vertical slider that can extend perpendicularly and move reciprocally along lateral Y-axis. An injection needle is located on the vertical slider and can be activated to move reciprocally along Z-axis perpendicular to the lateral slider. A syringe rack is located in the moving range of the injection needle to accommodate a plural number of syringes, on each of which there is an injection hole. A drug pump has an inlet and an outlet. The inlet connects to a high-dose radiopharmaceuticals drug bottle. The outlet connects to the injection needle.
Abstract: A method of stoichiometrically operating a diesel-fueled internal combustion engine. A control unit is provide with stored data representing, within a range of exhaust valve timing or event modifications, an amount of fresh air flow and exhaust gas residuals resulting from each modification. During operation of the engine, the control unit is used to determining a desired amount of exhaust gas residuals for a given engine load; accessing the stored data to determine a modification that will provide the desired amount of exhaust gas residuals; and generating a control signal that will result in the desired modification.

Abstract: There is provided a method and apparatus in which a user equipment demodulates a downlink signal in a wireless communication system. The user equipment receives a first orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal from a first node serving the mobile station, receives a second OFDM signal from a second node different from the first node, and demodulates the first OFDM signal and the second OFDM signal in a fast Fourier transform (FFT) section. The first OFDM signal and the second OFDM signal are either normal mode signals each having a first cyclic prefix (CP) or cooperative mode signals each having a second CP, and the second CP has a longer length than the first CP.

Abstract: Systems and methods for characterizing networks are disclosed. In several embodiments, a network analyzer applies a network analysis to a network that replaces components of the network in a model of the network with equivalent or bounding models. The network analyzer can then characterize the simplified model of the network and an assessment can be made concerning the accuracy of the characterization of the network.
Abstract: Technologies are generally described for exploiting program phase behavior to duplicate most recently and/or frequently accessed tag entries in a Tag Replication Buffer (TRB) to protect the information integrity of tag arrays in a processor cache. The reliability/effectiveness of microprocessor cache performance may be further improved by capturing/duplicating tags of dirty cache lines, exploiting the fact that detected error-corrupted clean cache lines can be recovered by L2 cache. A deterministic TRB replacement triggered early write-back scheme may provide full duplication and recovery of single-bit errors for tags of dirty cache lines.
Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for discontinuously transmitting/receiving packets for low-power consumption of a terminal in a cellular system for packet transmission. The present research provides a method and apparatus that can perform a low-power consuming operation when a terminal is in active state in a cellular system. The method for discontinuously transmitting/receiving packet data to reduce power consumption of a terminal in a cellular system, including the steps of: a) establishing discontinuous reception/transmission (DRX/DTX) parameters including discontinuous DRX/DTX cycle information for terminals operating in a transmission suspension mode, which is a sub-state of an active state; and b) performing DRX/DTX based on the DRX/DTX parameters in the terminals operating in the transmission suspension mode.
