Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for image data encoding/decoding. A method for decoding a 360-degree image includes the steps of: receiving a bitstream obtained by encoding a 360-degree image; generating a prediction image by making reference to syntax information obtained from the received bitstream; adding the generated prediction image to a residual image obtained by dequantizing and inverse-transforming the bitstream, so as to obtain a decoded image; and reconstructing the decoded image into a 360-degree image according to a projection format. Therefore, the performance of image data compression can be improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a prestressed concrete body, containing prestressed filament yarns based on cellulose and/or cellulose derivatives. Advantageously, said prestressed concrete body is produced in that: 1.) filament yarns based on cellulose and/or derivatives thereof are clamped into a shaping container, 2.) the clamped filament yarns are wetted with water to make them swell, 3.) a prestress of approximately 0.5 to 10.0 kg/4000 dtex is applied to the wetted filament yarns, 4.) liquid concrete is poured into the shaping container containing the prestressed filament yarns, 5.) the liquid concrete in the shaping container is cured to form precast concrete, maintaining the specified applied prestress. Useful application possibilities are opened up by the invention.

Abstract: A real-time acoustic simulation method based on artificial intelligence according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes acquiring medical image data of a target area to be treated; determining ultrasound parameters related to the output of an ultrasonic transducer based on the medical image data; inputting the ultrasound parameters to a numerical model to generate a numerical model based acoustic simulation image for a specific position of the ultrasonic transducer; training an artificial intelligence model using the medical image data and the numerical model based acoustic simulation image; generating an artificial intelligence model based acoustic simulation image for an arbitrary position of the ultrasonic transducer using the trained artificial intelligence model; and outputting a real-time acoustic simulation image with a position change of the ultrasonic transducer.

Abstract: A method and system provide the ability to compile computer source code. The source code is pre-processed to generate pure source code that includes definitions required for interpretation. The pure source code is formalized in a compiler, into assembly language that is processor specific. The formalization includes determining a set of two or more optimization routines, randomly selecting a selected optimization routine from the set of two or more optimization routines, and applying the selected optimization routine to each segment of the pure source code in a serialized manner. An executable binary file is then output and executed based on the formalized pure source code.

The fuel cell catalyst of the present invention comprises: a nanoparticle containing platinum; and a protective layer which is selectively coated on only a portion of the surface of the nanoparticle and can suppress the oxidation of the platinum through electronic interaction with the nanoparticle.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for decoding an image. A method includes receiving a bitstream obtained by encoding the image; dividing a first coding block into a plurality of second coding blocks; generating a prediction block of a second coding block based on syntax information obtained from the bitstream; and reconstructing the second coding block based on the prediction block and a residual block of the second coding block, the residual block being obtained by performing a dequantization and an inverse-transform on quantized transform coefficients from the bitstream. The first coding block has a recursive division structure. The first coding block is divided based on at least one of a quad tree division, a binary tree division or a triple tree division.
Abstract: An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus of the present invention may derive motion information of a current block, and perform motion compensation for the current block on the basis of the motion information. The motion information of the current block is derived on the basis of an inter-mode predefined in an encoding/decoding apparatus, and the predefined inter-mode may include at least one of a merge mode, an AMVP mode, an affine mode, or an intra block copy (IBC) mode.

A production system for an organic compound or a microorganism includes: an ammonia synthesis apparatus in which an ammonia-containing gas is synthesized by reaction of a source gas containing hydrogen and nitrogen in the presence of a supported ruthenium catalyst; and a culture apparatus that cultures a microorganism having organic compound productivity using ammonia originating from the ammonia-containing gas obtained by using the ammonia synthesis apparatus.

The neural network can include an encoding portion module, a multi-frame feature matching portion module, and a decoding portion module.
