Abstract: Fusing online and mapped terrain estimates by using weighted grid cells that scales the values returned from online terrain and mapped terrain is disclosed. Previously mapped terrain data and online terrain data are fused and a grid having cells of a predetermined size is overlaid on the terrain map. Each cell may include terrain data based on weighted mapped terrain data and weighted online terrain data, where the weighting values for the mapped terrain data and for the online terrain data may be different. A fused terrain estimate may be a result of a weighted mean for each cell smoothed to reduce noise.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a video processing method, apparatus and storage medium using the resolution of a reference picture. Filtering is performed based on resolutions of reference pictures of blocks forming a boundary. The resolutions of the reference pictures may define filtering. Depending on whether the resolutions of the reference pictures are different from each other, one or more filter selection parameters for filtering may be determined or updated. Further, based on whether the resolutions of the reference pictures are different from each other, the boundary strength of the filter may be determined. Because filtering is defined using the resolutions of reference pictures, performance of encoding and/or decoding may be improved.

Abstract: A method for 3D object modeling includes linking 2D semantic keypoints of an object within a video stream into a 2D structured object geometry. The method includes inputting, to a neural network, the object to generate a 2D NOCS image and a shape vector, the shape vector being mapped to a continuously traversable coordinate shape. The method includes applying a differentiable shape renderer to the SDF shape and the 2D NOCS image to render a shape of the object corresponding to a 3D object model in the continuously traversable coordinate shape space. The method includes lifting the linked, 2D semantic keypoints of the 2D structured object geometry to a 3D structured object geometry. The method includes geometrically and projectively aligning the 3D object model, the 3D structured object geometry, and the rendered shape to form a rendered object. The method includes generating 3D bounding boxes from the rendered object.
Abstract: A routing establishing method for constructing a routing of a chain network including communication routers, each including a wired communication module, a wireless communication module, and a device configuration file. In a wired exploration procedure, exploration is performed by the source communication router through the wired communication module to obtain a wired communication status between the source and the destination communication routers. In a wireless exploration procedure, exploration is performed by the source communication router through the wireless communication module to obtain a wireless communication status between the source and the destination communication routers. In a routing decision procedure, next hop of the source communication router and whether the transmission routing is through the wired or the wireless communication module are determined and set according to the wired and the wireless communication status.
