Abstract: A subject of the invention is a composition containing strains Lactobacillus fermentum 57A, Lactobacillus plantarum 57B and Lactobacillus gasseri 57C of special characteristics such as a feature of strong diversified affinity for the digestive tract and vaginal epithelia enabling the colonization of the vagina and anus after the crossover through intestines as well as the feature of co-aggregation enabling for synergetic activity. The subject of the invention is also the application of the composition for restoration of the natural bacterial flora of the vagina and anus.
