Abstract: Systems and methods for generating a graphical interface and scheduling administrative rounds are presented. The graphical interface may present to an administrator a prioritized list of care providers based on care provider performance, care provider satisfaction, patient satisfaction, and labor data associated with the care provider. A schedule of administrative rounds to counsel the care provider may be presented to the administrator and may be based on the prioritized list, administrator and patient location, and administrator and patient schedule.
