Abstract: Saw stop systems may include a first housing couplable with a saw, a control module coupled with the first housing and including a processor (the control module configured to communicatively couple with a computing device having a user interface) and one or more trackways coupled with the first housing. A sliding member is slidably coupled at least partially within the one or more trackways. A first portion of the one or more trackways prevents bending of the sliding member within the first portion. A stop coupled with the sliding member couples with an end of an item to be cut to facilitate positioning of the end of the item, relative to a cutting element of the saw, at a determined distance corresponding with a length received through the at least one user interface. A motor automatically positions the sliding member so that the stop is at the determined distance.
Abstract: The essence of the invention consists in recognition technique using means for telecommunication that are equipped with a unique program for recognizing identification codes located inside lengthy products. An identification code contains information about the manufacturer, as well as information about physical characteristics of the product as described in the certificate of quality.

Abstract: The disclosure concerns a body-mounted solar panel carrier comprising a support assembly configured to be worn with a harness, a panel-receiving assembly configured to receive and secure one or more solar panel(s), and a plurality of support linkages configured to connect the support assembly to the panel-receiving assembly such that the panels are offset from the user's body. The panel-receiving assembly is adapted to sit at a position removed from the support assembly but maintains the weight of the solar panel therein to be evenly distributed across a person's body via the shoulder straps, and lumbar support.
Abstract: A multi-processor computer system is described in which transaction processing is distributed among multiple protocol engines. The system includes a plurality of local nodes and an interconnection controller interconnected by a local point-to-point architecture. The interconnection controller comprises a plurality of protocol engines for processing transactions. Transactions are distributed among the protocol engines using destination information associated with the transactions.

Abstract: A multi-processor computer system is described in which transaction processing in each cluster of processors is distributed among multiple protocol engines. Each cluster includes a plurality of local nodes and an interconnection controller interconnected by a local point-to-point architecture. The interconnection controller in each cluster comprises a plurality of protocol engines for processing transactions. Transactions are distributed among the protocol engines using destination information associated with the transactions.
