Abstract: Provided is a system, method, and computer program product for predicting product temperatures. The system includes at least one processor programmed or configured to collect, from temperature probes, temperature data of the plurality of different perishable products during a time period, collect, from at least one environmental sensor, environmental data of the at least one environment during the time period, generate a machine-learning model based on the temperature data and the environmental data, collect second environmental data from the at least one environmental sensor and/or from a separate data source while at least one package of at least one perishable product is in the at least one environment, and generate a predicted temperature of the at least one perishable product based on inputting the second environmental data into the machine-learning model.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system, method, and apparatus for monitoring food products. The system includes an integrated modular sensing device for monitoring food and environmentally sensitive industrial products, including a processor, at least two interfaces in communication with the processor and adapted to receive an electronic connection of at least two temperature sensor probes, at least one sensor in communication with the processor, the at least one sensor including at least one of the following: a motion sensor, a proximity sensor, a light sensor, or any combination thereof, and a wireless communication device programmed or configured to transmit food and environmentally sensitive industrial product data to at least one of a remote server and a remote device, and act as a gateway to receive sensory data from distributed sensors wirelessly and upload to cloud databases.

The temperature sensor includes at least one processor, a sensor probe adapted for insertion in a food product, and a wireless transmitter, where the temperature sensor programmed or configured to sense temperature data for the food product, and wirelessly transmit the temperature data. Abstract: A modular shipping system including a plurality of modular support members for supporting at least one item thereon. The system includes at least one upstanding frame having a plurality of receiving areas for receiving and supporting respective one of the modular support members therein. The frame includes an attachment mechanism for attaching the frame to a similar frame positioned adjacent thereto, thereby providing an interlock modular shipping unit of a plurality of frames. The modular support member, the frame and/or the modular shipping unit can be dissassembled or collapsed. A modular support member and a frame are also disclosed.
