Abstract: A roulette machine having a launch device including an automatic ball-change device is described. The ball-change device includes a rotatable main wheel comprising a plurality of pockets, and a rotatable switch wheel switching between an open position and a closed position. The main wheel receives and stores a plurality of roulette balls for future use and facilitates changing of a current game ball and, with the switch wheel, delivering the roulette ball to a launch start position or other desired output. The main wheel and the switch wheel may be independently rotatable, and coordinate with one or more sensors to determine a timing and delivery of a specifically-selected game ball to start a game cycle.

Abstract: Gaming devices, gaming systems, gaming device display systems and methods for providing enhanced lighting features in gaming devices and systems are provided. In one example, a front or player-facing flexible LED light strip is positioned to follow a curved contour portion of a video display device. A diffuser may be positioned to cover the flexible LED light strip. The flexible LED light strip may be positioned on a display frame attached to the video display device and the display frame may include a curved contour portion that conforms to the curved contour portion of the display device.

Abstract: A tilt detection system including a roulette wheel, at least one inclination sensor positioned on or within a rim of the roulette wheel, and a display module comprising a plurality of light outputs. The tilt detection system can obtain positional data during operation of the roulette wheel and determine tilt data indicative of the roulette wheel's position relative to a baseline indicative of a leveled state. A roulette wheel tilt status, e.g., level, warning, and error, may be determined based on the tilt data, and a display module can activate the plurality of light outputs based on the tilt status. Two or more stepper motors may lever the roulette wheel in response to the tilt status.

Abstract: A craps gaming system is described including a craps table and a plurality of consoles. The craps table includes a dealer console configured to control play at the craps table and a shooter console configured to enable a shooter to place bets while also being a shooter. A plurality of player consoles located in close proximity to the craps table and connected over a network to the dealer console and the shooter console each include a display having a graphical user interface and a mechanism for receiving money or credits from a player. The dealer console communicates with each player console and generates a list of players eligible to be the shooter. When a player accepts of an invitation to be the shooter, the dealer console causes the network to mirror the graphical user interface and associated content from an accepting player's player console among the plurality of player consoles to the shooter console.
