Abstract: A rivet assembly having improved mechanical and aesthetic qualities to secure suction cups to a functional member, such as a hook. The rivet assembly comprises a head portion and a base portion. The base portion is integrally formed with the suction cup and comprises an annular, outwardly projecting post which couples with a corresponding hollow and annular receiving portion located on the underside of the rivet head. The engagement between the two secures the suction cup to the functional member, such as a hook.
Abstract: A durable holder assembly having improved mechanical and aesthetic qualities to hold heavy objects. The securing member, such as a suction cup, for the assembly is formed via injection molding and serves to secure the assembly to a vertical surface. A holding member, such as a hook, is integrally formed within the securing member and extends downwardly from a head portion of the securing member for holding other objects.
Abstract: A durable holder assembly having improved mechanical and aesthetic qualities to hold heavy objects. The support portion for the assembly is formed via injection molding. The support portion contains on one side a structure for securing the hook to a surface such as a magnet, an adhesive, a suction cup, Velcro or a mechanical device such as an over-the-door bracket. The structure that secures the holder assembly to a surface is integrally formed with the support portion therein. A holding member, such as a hook, is also integrally formed with the support portion and extends downwardly from the support portion for supporting objects.
