In addition, the WTRU may transmit at least one PUSCH repetition transmission in at least one of the determined one or more time intervals to use for transmitting UL repetitions, wherein the at least one PUSCH repetition transmission is a repetition of the PUSCH transmission. The base station receives, from a user plane function (UPF), a PDU for downlink transmission, the PDU received in a general packet radio service tunneling protocol (GTP-U) message having a header, and determines a priority level of the PDU based on information in the GTP-U message header and the PDU set importance rule. The base station may schedule the PDU for downlink transmission based on the determined priority level. Additional embodiments are disclosed.

An index is obtained from the decoded DCI, identifying an entry in the TDRA list. A particular slot offset value identified by the index is retrieved from the TDRA list and compared with the minimum slot offset value. If the particular slot offset value is less than the minimum slot offset value, the entry is invalid. If the particular slot offset value is greater than or equal to the minimum slot offset value, a physical downlink shared channel is received.

Temporary DAPS operations may be performed to achieve temporary load-balancing without performing a handover. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) in communication with a first network entity may be configured to initiate dual communication operations (e.g., DAPS) towards a second network entity. The WTRU may maintain the dual communication between the first and second network entities, for example, until an indication to release the dual communication is received or until conditions are satisfied. Releasing the dual communication may prevent expensive handovers that may use excess resources.
