Patents Assigned to Interglass Technology AG
  • Patent number: 11529779
Abstract: A lens with an embedded foil is produced by positioning a foil on a holder, providing adhesive attachment dots on the foil on surface portions opposite to the holder, positioning a front mould ensuring the contact of the dots with a front mould surface, retracting the holder and positioning a back mould opposite to the front mould. The mould is then connected with a sealing bridge to build an assembly forming a mould cavity with a pouring opening. The edge of the foil is spaced apart from the bridge and the assembly has passages between the dots, the foil, and the front mould surface allowing pouring a monomer into the cavity before curing the monomer, decomposing the assembly and cutting the lens from the polymer block.

  • Patent number: 10224478
Abstract: A one-dimensional magnetic field sensor comprises a support, a single elongated magnetic field concentrator or two magnetic field concentrators, which are separated by a first gap, and at least one magnetic sensor element. The magnetic field concentrator, or both thereof, consists of at least two parts which are separated from each other by second gaps. A two-dimensional magnetic field sensor comprises a support, a single magnetic field concentrator which consists of at least three parts which are separated from each other by gaps, and at least two magnetic sensor elements.

  • Patent number: 10201942
Abstract: A method for producing and coating a lens includes: applying a curable paste along the edge of a first molding shell and along the edge of the second molding shell, connecting the two molding shells by means of a sealing element to form a unit, casting a monomer into the unit, curing the monomer and the paste so that the lens is formed, detaching the sealing element from the unit, separating the lens from the two molding shells, placing the lens in a vacuum chamber of a vacuum-coating installation, and coating an optical surface of the lens, wherein no washing process is carried out between the step of separating the lens from the two molding shells and the step of placing the lens in the vacuum chamber.

  • Publication number: 20180363140
Abstract: A vacuum-coating system for coating lenses comprises a vacuum chamber, an electrode holder having one or more electrodes, and a lens holder receptacle having one or more lens holders for accommodating one lens each. A separate electrode is assigned to each lens. A surface of the electrode facing the lens is a curved surface. In an outer area, the curvature of the surface of the electrode(s) can be greater than in an inner area. The distance between the electrode and the associated lens can be adjustable.

  • Patent number: 7695666
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for separating a cast lens from shell molds, whereby a separating tool exerts pressure on the lens but a height of the separating tool is guided along the interface between the lens and the shell mold to be separated from the lens. In a preferred embodiment the composite consisting of the lens and the shell molds is fixed on a holding device that can be rotated on an axis of rotation. The holding device is rotated by means of a first motor and the height of the separating tool is tracked by means of a second motor in relation to the height of the interface depending on the angle of rotation.

  • Patent number: 7399176
Abstract: A device for aligning a first and a second shell mold comprises a first gripper for holding the first shell mold, a second gripper for holding the second shell mold, and a centering station. Both grippers can be displaced relative to one another and relative to the centering station along a predetermined axis and can rotate individually as well as synchronously about the axis. The centering station comprises a supporting body, which supports spring elements arranged along a circle, said axis running through the center of the circle. For centering, the shell mold is moved into the centering station by the gripper and then removed from the gripper so that the shell mold is held solely by the spring elements. The radial forces of the spring elements uniformly acting upon the shell mold from all sides cause the shell mold to be displaced into the center of gravity of the forces. Afterwards, the shell mold is gripped once again by the gripper and moved out from the centering station.
