Abstract: A system for automatically completing fields in online forms, such as login forms and new user registration forms, which employs a Master Cookie File containing sets of records associated with the user, his or her accounts or web sites, and registered values associated with form tags (e.g. username, password, address, email, telephone, etc.). When the user encounters another form, the MCF is automatically searched for matching values and form tags, primarily from the same account or web site, or alternatively from other accounts or sites. A flowing pop-up menu is displayed nearby the form fields from which the user can select values to automatically complete the form. Automatic account information updating, value expiration management, mapping of favorite values, and sharing of values are optional, enhanced functions of the invention.

Abstract: A raised extrinsic base, silicon germanium (SiGe) heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT), and a method of making the same is disclosed herein. The heterojunction bipolar transistor includes a substrate, a silicon germanium layer formed on the substrate, a collector layer formed on the substrate, a raised extrinsic base layer formed on the silicon germanium layer, and an emitter layer formed on the silicon germanium layer. The silicon germanium layer forms a heterojunction between the emitter layer and the raised extrinsic base layer. The bipolar transistor further includes a base electrode formed on a portion of the raised extrinsic base layer, a collector electrode formed on a portion of the collector layer, and an emitter electrode formed on a portion of the emitter layer. Thus, the heterojunction bipolar transistor includes a self-aligned raised extrinsic base, a minimal junction depth, and minimal interstitial defects influencing the base width, all being formed with minimal thermal processing.

Abstract: A fabric ribbon having multicolored regions has coloring matter in the regions of only flushed pigments in a liquid vehicle. Flushed pigments do not migrate between colored regions under normal conditions, and therefore mixing of the colors is avoided without alteration of the fabric or use of a fabric with special characteristics or regions.Flushed pigments have very small article size and perform like dyes with respect to replenishing the ribbon for good ribbon life. Yet, the ribbon colors do not bleed together, a characteriztic of pigments.

Abstract: A printhead is formed by injecting unfilled nylon by injection unit 1 and mineral filled nylon by injection unit 3. The filling adds impact resistance for printing, while the unfilled nylon is particularly resistant to flexural fatigue near the hub of the printwheel. Unit 1 is operated first to form an outer layer, with quantity limited so that the outer layer comes to about the middle of the arms of printheads. Unit 3 is then operated to form a core and to be the only material forming the character elements. The resulting printhead is durable and is capable of use at greater deflection than the same printhead made of only the impact resistant material.
