    Abstract: A pair of bucket bowls are pivotally suspended from a power head frame in which is mounted two pairs of hydraulic rams. Each of the hydraulic rams has one end pivotally connected to the power head frame and another end pivotally connected to a bucket bowl. The power head frame houses power components in specially designed compartments so as to achieve a symmetrical configuration to balance the forces acting on the bucket bowls.
