Abstract: A front-rollover-style and hammer lock shipping container formed from a one-piece unitary blank of material which comprises a bottom wall foldably joined to upstanding opposed parallel side walls, a back wall, and a front wall to form an interior space. A top wall is foldably joined to the back wall. The bottom wall comprises two front slots each of which is formed on longitudinal edge in proximity of the front wall. The front wall comprises two wall panels being coextensively in overlapping relationship wherein one of the front wall panels includes a pair of front locking tabs spaced apart from one another that are engaged with the respective two front slots when the container is fully constructed.

Abstract: A container is formed from a one-piece blank including a bottom panel, first and second opposed side walls, and first and second end walls. A top lid panel is foldably attached to the first side wall and a bottom lid panel is foldably attached to the second side wall. A plurality of reinforcing locking tabs is formed in the respective top and bottom lid panels. Each of the respective plurality of reinforcing locking tabs is sandwiched between their respective inner panel and middle panels so as to prevent the side walls from being distorted upon outward pressure applied to these side walls when the container is unreasonably over-packed during shipping and transportation.

Abstract: An adjustable display tray comprises a bottom wall, opposite side walls, a front wall and a back wall foldably joined to one another to form an open-top adjustable interior space for containing articles. The adjustable interior space includes a central section formed by two parallel spaced apart fold lines on the bottom wall and respective central portions of the front wall and back wall. Respective first and second reducible or expandable sections foldably extend from the respective two parallel spaced apart fold lines. Each of the respective first and second reducible or expandable sections includes a respective tray front hinge and a respective back swing flap which are formed on the respective front and the back walls to permit the respective first and second reducible or expandable sections reducing or expanding the interior space of the adjustable display tray.

Abstract: A display rack for displaying articles has a support frame with two walls extending at an angle from a narrow strip at the rear corner of the frame. A tubular reinforcing structure extends along the forward free edge of each wall, and aligned openings are in the strip and the reinforcing structures. A plurality of shelves having front and rear corners and opposite side corners are supported on the frame between the walls, with the rear corners engaged in respective openings in the strip and the side corners engaged in respective openings in the reinforcing structures. A forward portion of the shelves projects forwardly of the frame for greater visibility of and access to articles supported on the shelves. A reinforcing brace extends diagonally in each shelf from the rear corner to the front corner, whereby the shelves are essentially cantilevered from the frame.

Abstract: A multi-ply paper substrate is provided, which comprises at least two plies bonded to one another by an adhesive; a basis weight of 80-200 gsm; an internal bond of 10-180 milli-ft.-lb/sq. in. as measured by TAPPI method 541; an MD tensile of 20-300 lbf/inch width as measured by TAPPI method 494; and a CD tensile of 10-300 lbf/inch width as measured by TAPPI method 494. Methods of making and using the paper substrate, products made therefrom, and uses of the paper substrate are also provided.

Abstract: A container comprises a body having a bottom wall, opposed side walls, and opposed end walls foldably joined with one another for holding and shipping different products contained therein. Each of the opposed side walls includes a respective first and second locking member. Two separate self-locking support panels each of which comprises a respective third and fourth locking members formed therein to be engaged with the corresponding first and second locking members in an overlapping relationship. Each of the first and second locking members is defined by a first locking tab and a first U-shaped slot that is formed by indentation of the first locking tab toward interior of the body of the container.

Abstract: A fin assembly for attachment to a die cutting machine to guide and align at least two blanks cut from a sheet in the machine as the blanks are fed through the machine. The fin assembly includes at least one thin plate-like fin having length and height dimensions and a narrow thickness. The fin is mounted in the machine so that the length dimension is in substantial alignment with a respective cut separating two blanks cut in the machine, so that the blanks fall on opposite sides of the fin as they are fed through the machine, whereby the fin keeps the blanks separate and aligns them as they are fed through the machine. At least one back stop is associated with the fin to prevent blanks from moving in a reverse direction and falling out of the machine when they fall past the fin.

Abstract: A digester apparatus is provided for delignifying wood chips to form wood pulp comprising: a vessel, a first downcomer, an outer fluid supply downcomer and structure defining an insulating region between the first and outer downcomers. The first downcomer extends into the vessel for delivering a first fluid into the vessel. The first fluid is generally at a first temperature when passing into the first downcomer. The outer fluid supply downcomer extends into the vessel and may be located about the first downcomer for supplying a second fluid into the vessel. The second fluid may be generally at a second temperature different from the first temperature when passing into the outer downcomer. The structure defining an insulating region between the first and outer downcomers functions to reduce heat transfer between the first and outer downcomers.
