    Abstract: A protective jacket is provided, having a mesh outer jacket shell, and a removably fastenable waterproof liner sized and constructed to fit inside the outer jacket shell. The removable liner permits the jacket to be worn as a standard mesh jacket when the liner is removed, or as a waterproof or windproof jacket when the liner is fastened in place.
