Abstract: To enable clients to self-manage service issues for conferences on a bridge operated by a conference provider, there is provided a web based interface. Companies are provisioned in a client database as receiving client managed conference services instead of provider managed conference services. Users of the company or client of the Provider may log in to a web interface through a company or client specific URL and be presented with an interface that enables the user to view and perform management functions for conferences on a bridge that relate to that user only.

Abstract: Processing customer communications may include receiving a communication from a customer device via a first communication medium, designating the communication as an active communication, receiving a display selection to receive content during the active communication status and designating a current customer status, parsing the current customer status to identify a current condition, assigning an agent to the customer record based on the current condition, retrieving at least one pre-recorded content file associated with the assigned agent and the current customer condition, and forwarding the pre-recorded content file to the customer device via a second communication medium different from the first communication medium.

The database metadata transfer methods may include receiving a command to transfer preproduction metadata to production metadata; reading preproduction database metadata; generating a data file for making the change, the data file comprising SQL commands or insert statements; and executing a transfer from preproduction metadata to production metadata based on the SQL commands or insert statements. In some embodiments, the database may be a call center database and the data file may an Extensible Markup Language (XML) file.
