Abstract: A telescopic pole member clamp, comprising a clamp body having an inner surface defining a bore to receive a telescopic pole member and first and second opposed lobes extending away from an outer surface; an actuator selectively movable between open and closed positions. When the in a closed position, the first and second lobes are urged towards one another such that the inner surface closes around a telescopic pole member within the bore to clamp the telescopic pole member in position within the clamp body. When in an open position the telescopic pole member is slidable within the clamp body. There is also provided a distending member configured to urge the first and second lobes apart when the actuator is in an open position.
