Patents Assigned to IPCO Sweden AB
  • Patent number: 11446772
Abstract: An apparatus for repairing a metal sheet and method of operating the same are provided. The apparatus includes: a base unit including: a frame and an attachment feature on the frame, a cutting unit removably attachable to the base unit to cut out a damaged portion of the metal sheet, and a welding unit removably attachable to the base unit. The cutting unit includes: a cutting arm including a cutting blade, and a motor for operating the cutting arm. The welding unit includes: a fixed platform, a weld movement motor for moving a moveable platform on the fixed platform, and a welding assembly, attached to the moveable platform, to automatically weld a replacement piece to the metal sheet. In operation, the frame is continuously attached to the metal sheet during cutting of the damaged portion and welding of the replacement piece, providing a stable and repeatable frame of reference.

  • Patent number: 11279566
Abstract: Method of adjusting and tracking an conveyor belt arranged around at least two rotatable drums, the belt having a direction of travel along its length and orthogonally an axis of the at least two drums, whereby the adjustment of the belt is made by displacing at least one of the drums sideways seen in the direction of travel of the belt and thus the belt so that the belt directly gets into a desired position. A conveyor belt tracking arrangement, the drums are arranged with their axles in a frame and at least one drum is arranged with its axle in a pivot frame and the pivot frame is in turn adjustably arranged in the frame, and movable by means of a drum moving force, which in turn makes the whole drum, with the belt, to move with the pivot frame around a pivot point provided in an orthogonal plane along the centre of the belt seen in the direction of the belt at a distance from the drum, so that the belt is directly moved to a desired position.

  • Patent number: 10569293
Abstract: A doctoring apparatus has a flexible doctor blade advanced longitudinally across a surface being doctored. The doctor blade is feed in a continuous length from a storage cartridge and sequentially supported in a blade holder to apply the blade to a moving surface to be doctored. One or both of a pneumatic blade advancing device and a pneumatically operated clamping system are opened and closed in timed sequence with reciprocation of the blade holder longitudinally shifting the doctor blade in a selected direction across the doctored surface. The pneumatic blade advancing device includes an idler roller and a powered roller that co-operate to indexingly advance the doctor blade along the blade path. The clamping system includes a blade cutter to cut the doctor blade and that drives the cut off end of the doctor blade into a discard container.

  • Publication number: 20180361537
Abstract: Cleaning systems for food-related equipment and surfaces, such as, but not limited to, a steel belt baking surface, has a translatable and pivotable arm to position a discharge manifold over a surface to be cleaned. The arm has supply and return lines for a salt composition that includes one or more of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium phosphate and does not include a liquid component. The salt impinges the surface and kinetically and chemically cleans it. Discharged salt is collected by drawing the salt through the return line and to a filter unit. The translatable and pivotable arm can be composed of telescoping sections forming a telescoping conduit for the return line or can be composed of non-telescoping sections that form the return line. The cleaning system operates in an open loop mode.
