Abstract: A method for generating predicted survey participation data at a current user device. A server collects training behavioral data related to a website from a plurality of user devices. The server also collects training survey participation data related to the website from at least some of the plurality of user devices. The server analyzes the training survey participation data and the corresponding training behavioral data to infer correlations between the training survey participation data and the corresponding training behavioral data. The server further generates predictive survey participation patterns based on the inferred correlations. The server transmits the predictive survey participation patterns to the current user device. The current device collects current behavioral data related to the website.

Abstract: A method and survey server for analyzing social media content based on survey participation data related to a website. The survey server collects survey participation data comprising text and a metric. The survey participation data correspond to survey information received from users of a plurality of user devices in relation to a visit of the website. The survey server analyzes the text of the survey participation data, to generate a correlation between words or groups of words present in the text and the metric. Social media content comprising text and related to a visit of the website is also collected. The text of the social media content is analyzed, to identify the words or groups of words. The social media content comprising the words or groups of words is associated with the metric. The analysis of the text of the survey participation data may comprise performing a semantic categorization.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and survey server for generating predictive patterns for website analysis. Behavioral data are collected at the survey server from a plurality of user devices. The behavioral data are representative of actions performed by a user of each of the plurality of user devices while visiting a website. Server survey participation data are also collected at the survey server from some of the plurality of user devices. The survey participation data correspond to survey information received from the users of each of the plurality of the user devices when visiting the website. The survey participation data and related behavioral data are analyzed by the survey server to generate predictive survey participation patterns. Contextual data may also collected from some of the plurality of user devices and analyzed with related collected contextual data for generating predictive contextual patterns.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods, a web server and a user device for generating, transmitting and using customized survey questionnaires. The methods, web server and user device collect behavioral data of a survey participant through a user device, behavioral data indicative of events occurring during a browsing session with respect to an origin. The method and web server generate a customized survey questionnaire based on the received behavioral data throughout the browsing session with respect to the origin, the customized survey questionnaire comprising one of: a survey question selected among a plurality of survey questions from a survey question database based on the received behavioral data, and a survey question generated based on the received behavioral data.

Abstract: The present relates to a computer-implemented method for displaying an overlaid web survey icon. The method displays a content of a web site in a browsing window of a browser of an electronic device. The method displays an invitation to participate in a survey. The method displays, upon selection of the invitation to participate in the survey by a user, an overlaid survey icon in the browsing window. And the method further displays the overlaid survey icon in the browsing window, when another content of the web site is displayed in the browsing window. Upon occurrence of a triggering event, the method displays a survey content in a survey window. In one embodiment, the triggering event consists in a selection by the user of the overlaid survey icon.

Abstract: The present method and system provide personalized web content to user devices under control of a user. In one alternative, the method comprises receiving a request to visit a website from a remote computer hosting a web browser; exchanging data with the remote computer to obtain a recognisable identifier from the remote computer; after reception of the recognisable identifier, retrieving from a personalization database a personalization parameter associated with said identifier; generating, according to a database of web contents and the personalization parameter, a personalized website visit content comprising one of: 1) a different HTML document, 2) a different Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), and 3) a different web content to be provided according to the HTML document, than a non-personalized webpage; and transmitting the personalized website visit content to the remote computer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and a user device for generating and providing customized survey questionnaires. The method and user device monitor events occurring on the user device and generate behavioral data accordingly. Upon detection of fulfillment of a survey trigger condition, the method and user device generate a customized survey questionnaire including a question either selected or generated based on the generated behavioral data. The customized survey questionnaire is generated using survey customization data. The method and user device provide to a user the customized survey questionnaire, collect a response to the question from the user thereby generating survey participation data, and transmit the survey participation data to a survey server.
