Abstract: A liquid catheter, in particular a urinary catheter, includes a catheter shaft part (21) with a longitudinal liquid channel extending between a proximal and distal side thereof, and an anchoring body (22). The catheter body is intended to be received fully internally in a body cavity, such as in particular the urine bladder (50), and to drain the bladder from inside via the urethra (51). The catheter body has a length to span a distance between the bladder and a closure point (35) of the sphincter urethra. An operating member (24,25) is connected durably to the catheter body to enable a user to carry the catheter body transluminally out of the bladder past the closure point. An insertion device for the catheter includes an insertion sleeve which can be carried transluminally as far as the urine bladder and from which the catheter body can be carried into the bladder.

Abstract: A urological instrument (1) for assessing a urine flow, includes a receiving member (5) for the urine flow which, at least during operation, is in open liquid communication with a urine guide (6). The urine guide (6) leads to an inlet of flow indicator element (7) for assessing at least a magnitude of the urine flow. The receiving member (5) has a first, relatively compact storage state and a second, expanded ready-to-use state and is designed and adapted to allow it to be brought manually from the storage state to the ready-to-use state. At least in the ready-to-use state the receiving member comprises a cavity open on at least one side for receiving the urine flow therein.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pouring package, and the pouring package. The pouring package comprises a container (1) formed from a packaging material with an inner space bounded by walls (12,13,14,15) for receiving a fluid therein. The walls comprise a base (11), two partially triangular side walls (12A,12B) rising therefrom and a front and rear wall (13,14) which are connected to the base, extend between the side walls and are mutually connected between the top corners (17) of said triangular side walls (12A, 12B) in a closing strip (15C). The front and/or rear wall is provided with a weakening line (18 A, 18B), such that the closing strip (15C) can be pressed in toward the base in order to deform the front and/or rear wall along the weakening line for of forming an upper wall (15A,15B) extending between the top corners.
