Patents Assigned to Isotech Products Incorporated
  • Patent number: 9701836
Abstract: An aqueous emulsion resin for producing memory foam and a method for manufacturing memory foam products are revealed. The emulsion resin mainly includes 38˜58% hydrophilic polyurethane(PU) prepolymer, 8˜22% aqueous emulsion polymer and 8˜20% polyether polyol. The PU prepolymer includes 40˜70% polyether polyol and 30˜60% isocyanate while the molecular weight of polyether polyol is ranging from 60 to 1800. The polyether polyol contains at least 40 mol % amount of ether group and the amount of ether group is 18˜99.9%. The hydrophilic emulsion resin features on good vibration absorption, even pressure relief, moisture absorption, heat absorption, and low temperature resistance. While in contact with bodies, users feel cool and dry. Moreover, the resin will not become rigid at the temperature lower than 10° C. The comfort of the foam is improved and the applications of the foam are increased.

  • Publication number: 20140145490
Abstract: An adjustment mechanism for armrests is revealed. An armrest includes an armrest surface and a lower plate fastened to form a space for receiving a movable block. Thus the movable block is moved forward and backward and positioned in relation to the lower plate. A rectangular slot is disposed on the movable block and a rectangular piece is moved and positioned transversely therein. A round slot is set on the rectangular piece while a hat-shaped disc is mounted in the round slot and fastened elastically on a projecting rod of a bottom frame. By a positioning bump on the hat-shaped disc elastically mounted into or separated from a positioning hole arranged circularly on the projecting rod, the hat-shaped disc and the bottom frame are rotated and positioned in relation to each other in a 360 degree circle. Thereby the armrest can be moved transversely and rotated 360 degrees.

  • Patent number: 7744159
Abstract: An armrest adjustment mechanism is disclosed. The armrest adjustment mechanism includes a sleeve, a tubular member, a slider, a long plate, a fixing plate, a guiding plate, a retaining block, a lower base, an armrest pad and a lever arm. The armrest adjustment mechanism features on that: an insertion hole is disposed on upper end of the long plate while the lever arm is arranged inside a space between the armrest pad and the lower base. The lever arm inserts through the insertion hole on top end of the long plate so that the long plate hangs on the lever arm, working as a load. One end of the lever arm is arranged on one side of the lower base, working as the fulcrum while the other end of the lever arm is arranged on an opposite side of the lower base correspondingly. A push member projecting from a corresponding opening of the lower base is arranged on the other end of the lever arm, working as the effort.
