Abstract: A method of facilitating generation of a verifiable and immutable record. The method comprises, at a user device, obtaining a data file, generating an audit file for the data file, and separately hashing the data file and the audit file. The method further comprises storing the data file, the audit file and the hash values in a secure memory location, access to which is controlled, and preventing changes to the stored data by a user. When access is available to a remote server system, the stored data is sent to the remote server system and, in response, a notification received over confirming that the remote server system has verified the data file and the audit file and has created an immutable record of both. The user is then permitted to change the stored data file and or audit file in the secure memory location.

Abstract: A method for providing and searching a searchable encrypted database. The system obtains plain text data and first and second encryption keys. The plain text data is parsed using a priori knowledge of the plain text data structure to identify data blocks and associated metadata components. The data blocks are encrypted using the first encryption key to provide encrypted data blocks. The metadata components are encrypted with the second encryption key to provide encrypted metadata components. The encrypted data blocks and encrypted metadata components are stored in a storage vault to provide a searchable encrypted database whilst discarding the plain text data and the first encryption key. A search term is encrypted with the second encryption key to provide an encrypted search term used to search the searchable encrypted database to determine whether it matches one or more of the encrypted metadata components, and a search result is returned.

Abstract: A method of creating an immutable digital record of a video conference conducted over the Internet and involving two or more parties is provided. The method comprises: routing conference data through one or more servers; identifying data streams of the conference data, including video and audio streams uploaded by respective parties; separately processing the audio streams to convert speech data to text data thereby providing a text record for each party; storing the data streams and the text records at said server or servers, or at a storage medium associated with server or servers; and generating a hash value across the data streams and the text records and saving the hash value to a Blockchain ledger.
