    Abstract: A storage system is described in which bins are transferred from a first storage position to an inspection position through the operation of a pair of endless belts carrying bin engaging device whereby a bin is moved along bin guides by sequential engagement of the bin engaging device on either belt followed by the bin engaging device of the other belt.
