Abstract: A method and safety device for a vehicle wash tunnel with a support structure with two parallel rails for the placement, by means of corresponding carriages, of the arms of an arch which incorporates a horizontal brush capable of linear movement along the arms of the arch and the rails. The safety device includes a rotation shaft, for fastening the arms of the arch to the carriages, and an extendable cylinder, spaced from the rotation shaft, which joins each carriage to the corresponding arch, such that the arch can rotate with respect to the carriages, and the extension of the extendable cylinder causes the rotation of the arch.

Abstract: The invention relates to an internal washing device for containers including a base with a structure including telescopically extendable sections and in which at least one cleaning element is housed. The base includes a drive shaft, each section includes at least one toothed longitudinal segment configured to engage with at least one pinion fastened to the drive shaft. The sections include a push pawl. The initial section incorporates a support element on the forward end, and the additional sections incorporate a pull pawl and a recess for the fastening of the corresponding push pawl, such that the drive shaft has the ability to operate all the sections without needing to move.

Abstract: It comprises a housing (1) wherein a ring-shaped brush (2) and a central axis (3) to which a central brush (4) is joined are integrally fastened. The ring-shaped brush (2) delimits an inner space wherein the central brush (4) as well as other intermediate brushes (5) arranged around the central brush are housed. The head further comprises a front disc (6) with idler rotation; wherein said front disc (6) separates two opposing areas: a first area where the central brush as well as the intermediate brushes are, and a second area where a transmission mechanism is located that transmits a rotational movement to the intermediate brushes fastened to satellite axes (12) fitted in tubular junctions (6a) secured to the front disc. It enables the correct cleaning of the inner surface of the gaps in the rims of the wheels.

Abstract: A module for supporting rotary brushes and fringes of the brushes for vehicle-washing machines and vehicle-drying machines is provided. The module comprises a pair of complementary components of annular structure that are detachably coupled together, face-to-face, by pairs of axial rods with a free end and an open cavity bounded by a cylindrical wall portion around the axial rods. The axial rods include end sections that are fitted into complementary holes of the complementary component. The axial rods, which are arranged on the periphery of the pair of complementary components, fasten fringes and supporting members for front bristles or combinations thereof.
