Abstract: An attachment assembly comprises a removable member and an attachment member. The removable member comprises a first coupling member and the attachment member comprises a second coupling member. At least one of the first coupling member and the second coupling member comprises a ferromagnetic material such that the first coupling member magnetically couples to the second coupling member.
Abstract: A reel dispenser includes a housing, a coupling associated with a reel and a mounting for removably mounting the coupling to the housing so that the coupling is movable between a mounted and a dismounted condition. The coupling includes a key. The mounting includes a lock arrangement which is movable between a locked condition and a free condition. The reel dispenser is arranged so that when the coupling is moved from the dismounted condition to the mounted condition, the key moves the lock arrangement to the free condition, permitting rotation of the coupling relative to the housing.
Abstract: A finished tobacco product is formed by a set of pre-rolled sheets. In one embodiment a form casing is used which includes at least two portions—a non-smokable portion along with a container portion which includes tobacco filler material.
Abstract: A smoking article provides a purchased, as-built cigar that can be disassembled to form multiple cigars, enabling a consumer to make his or her own cigars using custom tobacco filler. The as-built cigar is capped as part of its construction, preferably at one end or at both ends. A smoker removes the cap or caps to enable smoking of the as-built cigar or disassembly into layers. Each layer can then be rolled with a smoker's custom tobacco. The inner layer contains tobacco filler. Upon disassembly, the inner layer and tobacco filler can be smoked. Alternatively, the inner layer can be pulled apart at a provided serration to discard the tobacco filler and then filled and rolled with a smoker's custom tobacco filler material.
Abstract: A cover for use with an electronic cigarette assembly is provided. The cover includes a sheet defining at least one cutout that generally corresponds in size to a push button of the electronic cigarette assembly, and an adhesive layer applied to one side of the sheet for adhering the sheet to the cover. A related method of applying the cover to an electronic cigarette assembly is also provided.
Abstract: A tobacco product is formed by rolling moistened tobacco leaves about a cylindrical form casing and allowing the leaves to dry to form a shell. After the form casing is removed a consumer can fill the shell with crushed tobacco leaves of a favorite blend, thereby eliminating some steps in the making of a “roll-your-own” tobacco product.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are various waterproof membranes that may be applied to a sill surface of an opening in a building structure to waterproof that surface as well as direct water that penetrates through the opening out of the structure. Generally, a flexible waterproof membrane is adhesively applied to the sill surface for purposes of waterproofing that surface. In one arrangement, the membrane includes a conformable adhesive flap that extends beyond the front edge of the sill surface and which is flexible to allow stretching and adhering the flap to a surface that is transverse (e.g., vertical) to the remainder of the membrane. The membrane also includes a non-adhesive flap that may be disposed over the adhesive flap once it is adhered in a desired orientation. The non-adhesive flap provides a durable surface for the adhesive flap once it is stretched and adhered in place.
Abstract: A tobacco product is formed by rolling a sheet of material supplied by a roll or rolls (e.g. moistened tobacco leaves) and/or homogenized sheet tobacco about a slit mandrel to form a shaped tube. The shaped tube is then packaged for shipment to an end user or consumer. The shaped tube remains in the rolled, shaped tube form inside the package. After the shaped tube is removed from the package, a consumer can fill the tube with crushed tobacco leaves or other tobacco filler material of a favorite blend, thereby eliminating some steps in the making of a “roll-your-own” tobacco product. A liquid can be added to the sheet or to the finished tube to moisturize same. The liquid can include flavoring. The tubes are unfilled when packaged and sent to a consumer/end user in tube form so that they have a “memory” that helps hold a tubular cigar shape after they are filled with selected tobacco fill material.
Abstract: A tobacco product is formed by perforated cigar or shell, the shell comprising a sheet of material with an intermediate sheet, the sheet comprising tobacco leaves and/or homogenized tobacco paper. The cigar or shell is packaged for shipment to an end user or consumer. The cigar or shell remains in the rolled, shaped tube form inside the package. After the cigar or shell is removed from the package, a consumer can fill the cigar or shell with crushed tobacco leaves or other tobacco filler material of a favorite blend, thereby eliminating some steps in the making of a “roll-your-own” tobacco product. A liquid can be added to the cigar or shell to moisturize same. The liquid can include flavoring.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and structures are provided to creating a simulated structure for urban operations training based on a structure to be simulated. The simulated structure can include a base structure having at least one wall thereon. The simulated structure can also include one or more wall segments having a textured surface to securement to the at least one wall of the base structure. One or more wrapping material panels with one or more images printed thereon applied to the textured surface of the one or more wall segments so that the simulated structure has realistic visual characteristics representative of a mission site or a mission scenario.
Abstract: Presented herein is a safety device for use by first responders and search and rescue teams (e.g., rescue personnel). In one arrangement, the device allows for safely extricating occupants from vehicle wreckage. In one arrangement, the safety device may be adhered to glass to permit breaking and removal of such glass without harming the occupants of the vehicle. In another arrangement, the safety device may be utilized to adhere over and cover sharp edges, which may cause injury to rescue personnel and/or victims during removal from a vehicle or other wreckage.
Abstract: Immersive training scenario systems and related methods are provided. The immersive training scenario systems can provide at least one simulated structure. The at least one simulated structure can include a base structure having at least one surface thereon. One or more substrates with one or more photographic images printed thereon are applied to the surface of the base structure so that the simulated structure has realistic visual characteristics representative of a mission site or mission scenario.
Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, an adhesive sheet material application device is disclosed, which includes a roller support bar, a handle, and a roller, where the handle and the roller are connected to the roller support bar, a portion of the handle is parallel to the roller, and the roller is rotatable. In another aspect of the present invention, a second handle is connected to the roller support bar and the second handle has a strap. According to another aspect of the present invention, a method of using the adhesive sheet material application device is disclosed, which includes securing a portion of adhesive sheet material to a surface, applying the adhesive sheet material to the surface with the adhesive sheet material application device, and regressing and eradicating bubbles between the adhesive sheet material and surface.
Abstract: A smoking article provides one or more sheets of material that can be rolled and packaged, at least one sheet including cellulose. In one embodiment, cellulose and tobacco sheet material are separately rolled layers that can optionally be wrapped around a form casing (or pre-rolled inside) and then packaged. In another embodiment, the sheet is a laminated sheet of tobacco and cellulose layers that can be optionally wrapped around (or pre-rolled inside) a form casing. These sheets can be filled with custom tobacco to make one or more new cigars for an end user. In another embodiment, a complete cigar filled with tobacco material can be disassembled by an end user to produce tobacco and cellulose sheets, enabling the end user to form two new cigars using his or her own custom tobacco.
