Abstract: Disclosed is a three-dimensional flash memory including a back gate, which includes word lines extended and formed in a horizontal direction on a substrate so as to be sequentially stacked, and strings penetrating the word lines and extended and formed in one direction on the substrate. Each of the strings includes a channel layer extended and formed in the one direction, and a charge storage layer extended and formed in the one direction to surround the channel layer, the channel layer and the charge storage layer constitute memory cells corresponding to the word lines, and the channel layer includes a back gate extended and formed in the one direction, with at least a portion of the back gate surrounded by the channel layer, and an insulating layer extended and formed in one direction between the back gate and the channel layer.

Abstract: According to an aspect, method for synthesizing multi-speaker speech using an artificial neural network comprises generating and storing a speech learning model for a plurality of users by subjecting a synthetic artificial neural network of a speech synthesis model to learning, based on speech data of the plurality of users, generating speaker vectors for a new user who has not been learned and the plurality of users who have already been learned by using a speaker recognition model, determining a speaker vector having the most similar relationship with the speaker vector of the new user according to preset criteria out of the speaker vectors of the plurality of users who have already been learned, and generating and learning a speaker embedding of the new user by subjecting the synthetic artificial neural network of the speech synthesis model to learning, by using a value of a speaker embedding of a user for the determined speaker vector as an initial value and based on speaker data of the new user.

Abstract: An LDO regulator includes a voltage-to-time converter configured to convert a fluctuation in an output voltage sensed from an output node into a time domain signal having a pulse type, and output the time domain signal, based on a clock signal; a time-to-voltage converter configured to receive the time domain signal, convert the time domain signal into a first voltage control signal performing first compensation for the output voltage, and output the first voltage control signal; an analog amplifier configured to output a second voltage control signal continuously performing second compensation for the output voltage, regardless of the clock signal; and a first pass transistor configured to drive the output voltage based on the second voltage control signal. The LDO regulator is configured to reduce the fluctuation in the output voltage, based on the first compensation and the second compensation.

Abstract: A composite material is provided. The composite material includes carbon layers and metal compound layers alternately and repeatedly stacked. Each of the metal compound layers includes molybdenum and selenium. Abstract: A system for detecting a sound to which a user is attending based on neural signals includes an audio signal collection unit to collect audio signals including two or more sounds from a surrounding environment around the user; a neural signal collection unit to collect the neural signals of the user; an attended sound detection unit to analyze correlations between the two or more sounds included in the audio signals and the neural signals of the user in real time and determine the sound to which the user is attending based on the correlations; a database unit to store a result of the detection; and an output unit to select and output the stored individual audio signal or output the result of detecting the attended sound in real time according to the presence or absence of the audio signal in the surrounding environment around the user.
