Abstract: A bird action toy in which a bird toy body capable of inclining forward and returning to the upright position on a perch and of performing such actions simultaneously as opening and closing its bill, producing chirping sounds and swinging its tail is detachably fitted over the supporting member through an adapter. The bird toy body comprises cam and a motor for driving the cam, the cam being engaged with the engagement rod projecting from the perch so as to incline the body forwardly and return it to the upright position. The perch serves as a case for storing batteries to drive the motor installed in the toy body.
