    Abstract: The present invention provides a method and composition for treating eye and ear infections from parasites and eye and ear infections, characterized by the presence of pseudomonas and increased kallikrein and kinin activity. The compositions contain a protease inhibitor selected from the group consisting of alpha 1-antitrypsin, secretory leucocyte protease inhibitor and antiplasmin inhibitor, a steroidal antiphlogistic compound, and a non-steroidal antiphlogistic compound and optionally hyaluronic acid.
