Abstract: A connection device for vehicle hydraulic systems having a receiver block is provided, which has one or more connection holes; at least one orientable connector which has an input and/or output section and a connection end; and a fixing plate configured to fix the orientable connector to the receiver block. Where the orientable connector has a head provided with orientation means arranged between the input and/or output section and the connection end; and where the fixing plate has complementary orientation means configured to fit with the orientation means of the head to fix an orientation position (P3) of the orientable connector, the head being arranged between the fixing plate and the receiver block.
Abstract: A fluid coupling system for vehicles configured to be attached to the chassis, comprising a male connecting element, a female connecting element and a retaining bolt, the male element comprising at least one axial section configured for insertion into a housing of the female element, both said elements comprising pass-through openings that coincide with respect to a common axial axis, the female element comprising an opening that crosses the housing orthogonally to the axial axis but at a distance from same, the male element comprising at least one grooved neck in at least one of the axial sections to be inserted into the female element, said neck and said opening being configured to receive the bolt in its condition of use, the bolt containing an elastic ring seated in a circumferential groove close to the end thereof.
Abstract: Brake pipe connection to a brake hose includes a fixing bushing through which the brake hose is inserted through a first side and a brake pipe through a second side. The brake pipe includes an external diameter DT, a wall thickness eT, and a connection end. The brake hose includes an internal diameter dH that is less than the external diameter DT of the brake pipe. The connection end includes a built-in pipette which is housed on the inside of the fixing bushing and inserted in the brake hose. The built-in pipette is formed by the stretching of the connection end to obtain an external diameter of the pipette DP that is less than the external diameter DT of the brake pipe, a pipette wall thickness eP that is less than the wall thickness eT of the brake pipe, and a pipette length LP.
Abstract: Brake pipe connection to a brake hose comprising a fixing bushing (5) through which the brake hose (3) is inserted through a first side (6) and the brake pipe (4) through a second side (7), said brake pipe (4) comprising an external diameter DT, a wall thickness eT and a connection end (8), said brake hose (3) comprising an internal diameter dH, being DT larger than dH, wherein the connection end (8) comprises a built-in pipette (9) which is housed on the inside of the fixing bushing (5) and inserted in the brake hose (3), said built-in pipette (9) is formed by the stretching of the connection end (8) to obtain an external diameter of the pipette DP smaller than DT, a pipette wall thickness eP smaller than eT, and a pipette length LP.
