Abstract: A compact diagnostic neurological tool comprising a two-point discriminator; a brush; and a sharp-dull instrument; wherein the two-point discriminator, the brush, and the sharp-dull instrument are all housed within a case; wherein the two-point discriminator, the brush, and the sharp-dull instrument are all retractable; wherein the two-point discriminator comprises two tines, and wherein the distance between the tines can be increased by extending the two-point discriminator and decreased by retracting the two-point discriminator. The case is preferably rectangular in shape and roughly five inches long, one and one-quarter inches wide, and one-half inch thick.
