Abstract: A channel fastener for fastening an object to an elongate channel element having an elongate slot flanked by flanges includes an assembly of a rigid washer element, an oblong metal anchoring element and a support for the anchoring element, which support is connected to the washer element and carries the anchoring element. The support includes a head portion coupled to the washer element, a bottom portion supporting the anchoring element from below, and connecting legs, extend along a longitudinal side of the anchoring element from the head portion to the bottom portion. The head portion and the connecting legs of the support form a tapering width from the head portion towards the bottom portion of the support. At least the head portion at the location where it adjoins the legs has an initial width that exceeds the width of the longitudinal slot.

Abstract: A pipe support assembly including a pipe support shell body and at least one standing saddle element. The pipe support shell body includes a substantially semi-cylindrical wall portion having a length which is greater than a width thereof, and have longitudinal rims; and outwardly extending flanges formed at each of the longitudinal rims of the semi-cylindrical wall, wherein the flanges are provided with through holes distributed over the length thereof. The at least one standing saddle element includes an anchoring portion adapted to be anchored to a support structure and a saddle portion to receive the convex side of the semi-cylindrical wall of the pipe support shell, the saddle portion including snap members at its rims to snap around the flanges of the pipe support shell body.

Abstract: A fastening unit for fastening an object to a profile element includes a first layer of vibration isolating material arranged on an underside of a washer element and a second layer of vibration isolating material arranged on an upper side of an oblong anchoring element. The oblong anchoring element and the second layer of vibration isolating material each have a width that allows them, preferably in unity, to be aligned with a longitudinal slot of the profiled element inserted therein, and then turned to receive flanges of the profile element between the first layer of vibration isolating material and the second layer of vibration isolating material, so as to provide, at least in a fastened state of the fastening unit, a barrier for vibrations between the washer element and the flanges and between the oblong anchoring element and the flanges.

Abstract: A plastic pipe clip includes a slitted annular body having a through slit to allow receiving a pipe in the annular body. The pipe clip includes pair of mounting flanges integrally formed on the annular body on an opposite side of the annular body as the side where the slit is located. The mounting flanges each having a support surface and at least one mounting hole adapted to mount the pipe clip to a support structure. The mounting flanges are arranged and configured to be pinched together so as to open the slit on the opposite side of the annular body.

Abstract: An isolation element for a riser clamp has two opposed clamp halves made of metal strip. Each of said clamp halves has a semi-circular section placed opposite each other against a riser pipe extending through a passage hole in a floor. The clamp halves have at the ends of its semi-circular section outwardly extending clamp flanges to be tightened towards the corresponding opposing clamp flanges of the other clamp half. The riser clamp is in use supported from beneath by a support structure. The isolation element includes a profile of vibration isolating material including a pad portion, which pad portion in use is located below the corresponding clamp flange for resiliently supporting it, and further including at least one upstanding portion extending along the corresponding clamp flange, wherein said upstanding portion is attachable to the corresponding clamp flange.

Abstract: A pipe support assembly includes a pipe support shell body having a substantially semicylindrical wall portion conforming to an outer contour of a pipe to be supported. The shell body has a length which is greater than a width thereof and has an open top flanked by longitudinal rims and a flange formed at each of said rims. The pipe support assembly furthermore includes at least one hanger assembly adapted to be suspended from an overhead support structure and including an engagement portion for engaging at least one of the flanges of the pipe support shell body. The flanges extend outwardly from the respective longitudinal rims and are each provided with a series of perforations distributed over the length thereof. The engagement portion of the hanger assembly is adapted to be inserted at least partially through at least one of the perforations in one of the flanges.

Abstract: An elongate profiled section element for a mounting system includes a bottom, a top section opposite the bottom, and sidewalls extending from the bottom to the top section. The top section includes two flanges which extend from the side walls and delimit between them a longitudinal slot. The top section has a smaller width than the bottom. At least one of the side walls is a stepped sidewall having a stepped shape seen in cross section. The stepped sidewall has two wall sections facing the opposite sidewall and an intermediate wall section substantially parallel to the bottom. The intermediate wall section is provided with a row of holes and the bottom is provided with a row of holes aligned therewith, said holes being adapted to cooperate with a self tapping screw.

Abstract: A vibration isolating insert for a pipe clip includes an elongate strip having a pipe facing side, which in use faces the outer surface of the pipe, and opposite thereto a pipe clip facing side, which in use faces an inner side of the pipe clip body. The vibration isolating insert includes gripping formations connected to the strip at lateral side portions and extending towards the pipe clip facing side and in use grip over the lateral edges of the pipe clip body. The vibration isolating insert includes a framework and a vibration isolating lining made of a softer material different from the material of the framework, where the framework is formed of a polymeric material. The framework includes a strip shaped web, that reinforces the elongate strip, and lateral reinforcing members connected to the web on either lateral side of the web and reinforcing the gripping formations.

A body of the mixing valve is at least partially supported by the plate halves of the mounting plate. In a second use mode, the mixing valve is secured to the reinforcement element via a pattern back face mixing valve securing holes, while the bottom plate of the centre portion at least partially engages and supports a body of the mixing valve.

The clip body has at one of the radial flanges a female fastening. The pipe clip includes a tightening screw having a head and a shank. The shank is provided with a male thread adapted to cooperate with the female fastening. The head engages the other of the flanges so as to tighten the flanges towards each other and tighten the pipe clip around the pipe. The pipe clip has a vibration insulating lining provided on the inner side of the clip body. A torque limiting cap is arranged on the screw head of the tightening screw. The torque limiting cap includes at least one torque transferring feature that couples the cap to the screw head in a rotational direction.

Abstract: A pipe hanger for supporting a pipe includes a suspension part and a substantially U-shaped hanger part. The hanger part includes a loop portion with two limbs which are resiliently moveable towards each other, each limb including an outwardly extending hook portion at an end thereof for suspending the hanger part, in use, from the suspension part. The suspension part includes a base and two legs. The suspension part being adapted to be connectable with a suspension rod at the base of the suspension part. The legs each extend from the base towards a distal end remote from the base. Both legs include an opening to receive the hook portion of the hanger part. A spacing between the inner sides of the distal ends of the legs of the suspension part is smaller than or equal to the spacing between outward extremities of the hook portions of the hanger part.

Abstract: A vibration-isolating insert for a pipe clip is adapted to bear against an inner circumference of a substantially annular pipe clip body and ultimately, in use, to be positioned between the outer circumference of a pipe and the pipe clip body. The vibration-isolating insert includes an elongate strip of vibration-isolating material which has a pipe facing side and a pipe clip facing side. The strip of vibration-isolating material has adjacent either lateral edge thereof a series of discrete exposed hooks of plastics material which is more rigid than the vibration-isolating material. The hooks protrude relative to the pipe clip facing side of the strip of vibration-isolating material.

Abstract: A pipe hanger includes generally U-shaped upper and lower hanger parts, and a locking bolt for interconnecting the upper and lower part. The lower hanger part has a saddle portion for supporting a pipe. One of the arms of the upper hanger part has a hook formed on a lower end. The corresponding arm of the lower hanger part has an aperture that is arranged over the hook. The same arm of the lower hanger part has at its end a tilt limiting abutment. In an open state of the pipe hanger the lower hanger part can be suspended from the hook and is allowed to swivel until the tilt limiting abutment abuts the corresponding arm of the upper hanger part. The other arm of the lower hanger part has a bore for the locking bolt to lock the lower hanger part and upper hanger part in the closed position.

Abstract: A pipe hanger includes generally U-shaped upper and lower hanger parts, and a locking bolt for interconnecting the upper and lower part. The lower hanger part has a saddle portion for supporting a pipe. One of the arms of the upper hanger part has a hook formed on a lower end. The corresponding arm of the lower hanger part has an aperture that is arranged over the hook. The same arm of the lower hanger part has at its end a tilt limiting abutment. In an open state of the pipe hanger the lower hanger part can be suspended from the hook and is allowed to swivel until the tilt limiting abutment abuts the corresponding arm of the upper hanger part. The other arm of the lower hanger part has a bore for the locking bolt to lock the lower hanger part and upper hanger part in the closed position.

The fastening unit comprises an oblong anchoring element and tensioning means. In use the anchoring body with its longitudinal axis can be inserted between the longitudinal edges of the oblong opening and between the flanges delimiting the longitudinal slot.
