Abstract: A tile system for a burn room includes a plurality of interlocking surface tiles, each surface tile having an upper portion and a lower portion. The lower portion extends beyond at least a portion of a perimeter of the upper portion to define a flange. The system further includes a plurality of interlocking corner tiles configured to interact with at least one of the plurality of surface tiles; and a bracket system for securing the plurality of surface tiles and the plurality of corner tiles to a surface.

Abstract: A modular building system, includes a building unit which is formed of a framing system, at least one door module, at least one window module, and wall panels. The framing system includes a floor, a ceiling, and four corner columns secured between the floor and the ceiling. The door module is temporarily secured between the floor and the ceiling along the perimeter of the framing system. Likewise, the window module is temporarily secured between the floor and the ceiling along the perimeter of the framing system. The wall panels are secured between the floor and the ceiling around the perimeter of the framing system to enclose the building. The door module and the window modules are interchangeable.

Abstract: An emergency simulation device has a housing, at least one light, a smoke machine, and a controller for controlling the light and the smoke machine. The housing has a divider with a generally enclosed area underneath for holding the smoke machine. The divider has a hole and is angled so that water sitting on the divider flows in at least one direction. The housing extends upwardly beyond the divider, and apertures positioned in the housing dispel water from atop the divider. The housing has a duct extending upwardly from the hole in the divider. The light is mounted to a mounting plate separate from and positioned above from the divider and the duct and below a top end of the housing. The smoke machine outputs smoke through the hole in the divider and the duct. The mounting plate causes the smoke to billow outwardly around the light.
