Abstract: A bracket fixable to a side rail of a patient support, such as a wheelchair, supports a horizontally pivoted arm movable from a use position beneath the front edge portion of the seat to a rearwardly extending stowed position. The arm carries an envelope which opens upward to receive a conventional urinary drainage bag for connection through a drain tube to a catheterized patient on the seat. When installed on a conventional transversely collapsible, X-braced wheelchair, rearward pivoting of the arm substantially into parallelism with the side rails of the chair permits conventional transverse collapsing of the chair.
