Abstract: A dry van truck trailer or cargo area is provided with a plurality of removable side panels which can be removed by opening the rear door and sliding the panels outwardly from the rear of the truck trailer or cargo area when the rear door is in the open position to thereby permit side-loading or utilization of the floor as a flat-bed. When the side panels are in place, they seal against each other and against adjacent components to render the truck trailer or cargo area as a water tight dry van.
