    Abstract: A device for fitting seats and the like to the chassis of baby carriages includes at each side of the seat a respective anchoring mechanism for a direct anchoring at corresponding attachments provided at the chassis of the baby carriage. The anchoring mechanism is housed in a body inferiorly having a projection having a slanted edge adapted to shift a transverse pin slidably fitted in a box making up the attachment provided at the chassis when the aforementioned body is fitted to the box. The transverse pin is linked to a spring adapted to take said transverse pin back to its initial position when the action of the aforementioned projection having a slanted edge has ceased. A control is exteriorly fitted to the body housing the anchoring mechanism, the control being linked to said mechanism and when actuated releasing the anchored state.

    Abstract: A device is for locking and unlocking the folded and unfolded positions of an infant pushchair. During the folding and unfolding operations the handlebar being slid on the front legs, the device being actuated by means of a rope and having a lock at each side. The lock has a housing having an open lower portion and housing the active element, a flat being slidably fifed to each of the lateral faces of the housing, the flats being connected together at an end at which they are actuated by the rope. Each of the flats in its central region having an oblique slot, a pin extending through the active element being in a position to be shifted along the oblique slots, the active element being transversally shifted in the empty space of the housing when the flats are made to carry out a longitudinally shifting motion and thus bringing about the locking and unlocking with respect to the locking points being provided on the front legs.

The front portion of the branches of the handlebar is respectively connected with the rear portion of the base side members by two crossed links. The branches of the handlebar are telescopically fitted to the two inclined arms and the handlebar branches is pin-jointedly linked to the rear region of the side members by a respective strut. The struts are connected with each other with components that are fit to lock the unfolded position of the chassis.
