Abstract: A stapling device includes two casing members, a pad seat, and a striker plate. The casing members, which can be combined together, have front ends respectively forming front-end plates abutting each other. The two casing members are rotatably coupled to a press-down handle that is selectively pressed down. The pad seat is set at the front end of the interior of the two combined casing members. The pad seat has a front end face, which define, collectively with the inside surfaces of the front-end plates of the two casing members, a striker plate channel. The striker plate is slidably received in the striker plate channel. The striker plate is selectively pulled by the press-down handle to move upward. The two casing members clamp and retain therebetween a spring plate for providing a striking pre-loading force to the striker plate.

Abstract: A wire hold-down mechanism of nailing gun includes a wire hold-down structure arranged in front of a nail striker plate. The wire hold-down structure includes at least a wire hold-down plate located in front of the nail striker plate, a pressing plate arranged above the wire hold-down plate, and an elastic element that biases the wire hold-down plate upward to abut the pressing plate. The wire hold-down plate that is selectively movable upward and downward has an end that forms a wire hold-down notch having an opening facing downward. The pressing plate has a circumference that forms a plurality of pressing edges corresponding to an engagement edge of the wire hold-down plate. The pressing edges are of different distances from center of the pressing plate. As such, the pressing plate that has pressing edges is operable to change the height by which the wire hold-down plate extends out.

Abstract: A stapling device includes a device body to which a depressing bar is pivotally mounted. Through a link plate, the depressing bar selectively drives a staple striking assembly downward for striking out staples. The depressing bar has a depressing end that is located at the same side as the portion of the device body where the staple striking assembly is mounted. The link plate has an end to which a lifting member that selectively engages and lifts the staple striking assembly is mounted. . . . The staple striking assembly includes a guide board that can be set in engagement with and thus driven by the lifting member. The staple striking assembly, when lifted to a predetermined height level, is released to strike out staples and the lifting member is caused to transversely shift to allow for the instantaneous downward movement of the staple striking assembly for striking out staples.

Abstract: Disclosed in a stapling device that is sound, safe, convenient and not easy to get lost and that is applicable to staples of multiple specifications. A casing has a rear end to which an adjustor is set. The adjustor has a fitting portion that is comprised of two or more than two fitting blocks each having an engaging face that is spaced from a central axis of the adjustor by a different distance. A rear end of the casing is provided with a depress-to-fix member corresponding to the adjustor. The depress-to-fix member forms a fitting slot. This arrangement allows selective change engagement between the fitting slot and different fitting blocks thereby changing the set position of a rear guide plate and realizing change of gap size of a staple outlet opening for being applicable to staples of different specifications.

Abstract: A safety is incorporated in a nailing device, which ensures operation safety of the nailing device. The nailing device includes a housing in which a striker plate is mounted and movable to a ready-to-strike position for subsequently striking a nail out of the housing. The safety includes a retainer pivoted to the housing with an inner end engaging the striker plate to retain the striker plate against movement to the ready-to-strike position and an opposite outer end engaging a release plate that is biased by a spring to partially projecting beyond the housing. When the nailing device is properly set on a work piece, the release plate is forced against the biasing spring back into the housing and the inner end of the retainer is caused to disengage from and thus freeing the striker plate.

Abstract: A safety is incorporated in a nailing device, which ensures operation safety of the nailing device. The nailing device includes a housing containing a striker plate movable to a ready-to-strike position for subsequently striking a nail. The safety includes a retainer having an inclination engageable with a mated inclination formed on a release plate that is normally biased to partially project out of the housing, so that a stop of the retainer is set at a position to block the striker plate from moving toward the ready-to-striker position. When the nailing device is properly set on a work piece, the release plate is forced by the work piece back into the housing and the retainer is rotated by the camming action between the mated inclination faces so as to move the stop aside to allow the striker plate to move to the ready-to-strike position.
