Abstract: A wireless connector is composed of a pair of units. Each unit includes an annular transmission/reception unit which is provided with a coil used to wirelessly transmit electric power, and formed of a plurality of coil parts, and a main connector portion which is detachably attached to an object from the outside of the object to transmit the electric power to the object. Each unit is assembled such that each unit can be divided into a plurality of non-annular pieces so that the coil can be formed by coupling the plurality of coil parts via a plurality of connectors for coil. When one of the transmission/reception units is attached to the object, the one of the transmission/reception units is arranged so as to oppose the other one of the transmission/reception units in a non-contact manner such that electric power can be wirelessly transmitted therebetween.

Abstract: A connector includes lead parts and terminal parts to be connected to lands of a substrate, respectively. An anisotropic conductive joining member (ACJM) is mounted in a region where the lead parts are located. The ACJM is a resin in which solder particles are dispersed. The resin can melt at a temperature lower than the melting point of the solder particles. Cream solder is placed on the lands to be connected to the terminal parts. The substrate on which the connector is mounted is passed through a reflow oven to heat both the substrate and the connector. The connection between the terminal parts and the lands by reflow soldering and the connection between the lead parts and the lands via the ACJM 40 are performed simultaneously with each other.

Abstract: A housing of a connector has an end face in a perpendicular direction perpendicular to an up-down direction. A side portion of a guide member is apart from the end face of the housing. The end face of the housing, the side portion of the guide member and supporting portions of the guide member form a receiving portion which guides and receives a protruding block of a mating connector. When the connector is mounted on a substrate, the side portion and the supporting portions are apart from the substrate. Outside the end face of the housing in the perpendicular direction and under the side portion and the supporting portions in the up-down direction, a lower space is formed to communicate with the receiving portion. The guide members 16 is not located in the lower spaces 20 at all.

Abstract: A harness comprises a connector body, a cable and a cable-holding portion which holds the cable. The connector body comprises a base portion. The cable is connected to the connector body. The cable has an end portion received in the base portion and a main portion extending rearward from the end portion. The cable-holding portion is formed with a recessed portion which opens at least downward in the upper-lower direction (Z-direction). The base portion has an interference portion. The recessed portion and the interference portion are located at opposite sides of the harness, respectively, in the lateral direction (Y-direction). The recessed portion is, at least in part, located at a position same as that of the interference portion in the front-rear direction (X-direction). The recessed portion is, at least in part, located at a position same as that of the interference portion in the upper-lower direction.

Abstract: A waterproof connector comprises a terminal, a housing and a seal member. The housing is provided with an attachment portion. When the attachment portion is viewed along a front-rear direction, the attachment portion has an outer circumferential shape including first sides and first coupling portions. The seal member is formed of elastic material and is attached to the attachment portion. When the seal member is viewed along the front-rear direction, the seal member has a closed-ring shape including second sides and second coupling portions. The second sides correspond to the first sides, respectively. The second sides include at least one specific second side. L1 > L2, where L2 is a length of each of the second sides in a state before the seal member is attached to the attachment portion, and L1 is a length of the corresponding first side.

Abstract: A connector with an interlock housing, to which an interlock terminal is attached, separately from a lever that performs connection and disconnection of main terminals with a mating connector, and a first spring piece is formed on the lever. After the main terminals are mutually connected by rotating the lever from a first position to a second position, the lever is slid from the second position to a third position and the interlock housing is pushed down from an opening position to a closing position. When the lever is on the third position and the interlock housing is on the opening position, the first spring piece generates a first elastic restoring force. When applying no external force that slides the lever to the third position against the first elastic restoring force, the lever moves away from the third position and the interlock housing cannot be pushed down.

Abstract: A connecting apparatus comprising a holding member and a conductive member. The holding member has holding portions. The conductive member has a plurality of held portions, a plurality of contact portions, a plurality of extending portions and a plurality of coupling portions. Each of the extending portions extends rearward in a front-rear direction from one of the held portions and protrudes rearward in the front-rear direction beyond the holding portion. The extending portions are positioned apart from each other in a right-left direction. The coupling portions are positioned apart from each other in the right-left direction. The coupling portions are positioned rearward of the extending portions in the front-rear direction. Each of the coupling portions couples two of the extending portions with each other. Two of the held portions, which are adjacent to each other in the right-left direction, are coupled with the two extending portions, respectively.

Abstract: A busbar is placed on an anvil, and a core wire of a cable is placed on the busbar. While the core wire is pressed onto the busbar using a horn chip, ultrasonic vibration is given to the core wire to join the core wire to the busbar. The horn chip has two flat portions and a recessed portion located between the flat portions. When the core wire is pressed onto the busbar using the horn chip, each of the flat portions and the busbar sandwich a part of the core wire therebetween while the recessed portion and the busbar put a remaining part of the core wire therebetween. Each of the sandwiched parts of the core wire does not reach an outer end of the corresponding flat portion to leave a space between the corresponding flat portion and the busbar.
