Thee second cam comprises: first, second, third cam surfaces which are gradually larger in height. More specifically, in the second cam, a pair of the first cam surfaces, a pair of the second cam surfaces, and a pair of the third cam surfaces are arranged symmetrical in a 180.degree. rotation mode.
