    Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a heat release sheet comprised of an expansive graphite sheet and a reticulated body with bursiform configuration,wherein said reticulated body is comprised of metal wire, wherein said expansive graphite sheet is inserted in the bursiform configuration, wherein at least a part of outer surface of said reticulated body is covered with resin layer, and wherein a protective layer comprised of a synthetic resin film is applied on a surface of said resin layer.
