Abstract: A liquid evaporator includes an air-tight outer container containing liquid therein, the liquid container having support legs adjacent the bottom surface thereof; an inner container mounted on the legs for partitioning the interior space of the outer container, the inner container having a wall made of insulating material; and a heater fixed to an upper portion of the outer container and positioned inside the inner container. The liquid evaporator may be combined with a deodorizing device for forming a urine treating device, wherein the urine treating device includes a deodorizing housing having an upper portion provided with a secondary heater therein, a catalyst surrounding the secondary heater, a blower provided outside the housing, and a diffusion pipe provided at the upper portion of the housing.

Abstract: A lifting apparatus capable of eliminating a synchronous mechanism or an additional hydraulic cylinder with simple structure. The lifting apparatus comprises a mobile chassis, a platform disposed over the mobile chassis and capable of raising and lowering vertrically, and a lifting mechanism disposed between the mobile chassis and the platform and including a pair of hydraulic stretchable mechanisms connected to each other at the central portions thereof and capable of turning in an X-shape about the central portions thereof and stretchable in three stages.

Abstract: A lifting apparatus having a base, a platform disposed above the base, and a vertically extendable mast arrangement coupled between the platform and base to effect vertical lifting of the platform. The mast arrangement normally includes a pair of vertically extendable mast assemblies disposed in parallel relationship, and each having plural vertically elongate masts disposed in vertical sliding relationship with one another. One mast is fixed to and projects upwardly from the base, another is fixed to the platform, and at least one additional mast is vertically slidably coupled therebetween. Each mast has sequencing structure associated therewith for requiring that the individual masts be vertically extended in a controlled sequence, and also has a locking structure for vertically fixedly coupling adjacent masts together when one is vertically extended relative to the adjacent mast.

Abstract: A lifting apparatus including a chassis having front and rear ends, and a drive unit for moving the chassis in forward or rearward directions. A turntable is mounted on the chassis for horizontal turning movement between front and rear positions. Boom assembly is mounted on the turntable and has a bucket mounted adjacent the free end thereof. An operating mechanism including an operator-actuated driving member is mounted on the bucket for controlling the forward and rearward traveling direction of the chassis. The driving member is movable in opposite first and second directions relative to the boom assembly for respectively causing forward and rearward travel of the chassis when the turntable is in the front position. A reversing arrangement reverses the controlling direction of the driving member when the turntable is in the rear position so that movement of the driving member in the first and second directions relative to the boom assembly respectively causes backward and forward travel of the chassis.

Abstract: A lifting apparatus having a least one set of paired stretchable boom assemblies which extend and contract, preferably in five stages. The boom assemblies are disposed between a chassis and a platform for raising and lowering the platform in interlocking relation with an operating mechanism, a guiding mechanism and a synchronizing mechanism. The lifting apparatus further includes a kick mechanism for auxiliarily supporting the load on the platform at a position where the platform is lowered about halfway. The kick mechanism has one end fixed to the chassis and the other end provided with a kick body capable of supporting the centers of the boom assemblies and provided with a detecting means for detecting contact between the boom assemblies and the kick mechanism.
