    Abstract: The present invention discloses a folding knife assembly allows its blade to be positioned therein, such that when the blade of the folding knife is stored in an accommodating space of a handle, a latch member on the handle is used to fix the blade in the accommodating space and prevent the blade from rotating out from the accommodating space by accident and causing a stabbed wound or an incised wound to the user or others.
