Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for representing data in a user interface, comprising steps for: determining at least one data set with a tree structure for binding thereof to at least one element of the user interface, selecting a node from the tree as root node for a binding, establishing a binding to the element of the user interface by means of a binding definition comprising binding rules, rendering at least a part of the element of the user interface on the basis of the binding definition. The invention also relates to a device and a computer program product for performing the method.
