The combination pillow and sleeping bag includes a first pillow portion and a second pillow portion detachably coupled to the first pillow portion. The second pillow portion defines a cavity. The combination pillow and sleeping bag also includes a sleeping bag having a first end coupled to the first pillow portion and a second end coupled to the second pillow portion. When in the first configuration, the first and second pillow portions are coupled together and the sleeping bag is positioned within the cavity of the second pillow portion. When in the second configuration, the first and second pillow portions are detached from one another and spaced apart such that the sleeping bag extends between the first and second pillow portions.
