The computing device may include a display; one or more processors; and one or more non-transitory computer-readable mediums operatively coupled to at least one of the one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by at least one of the one or more processors, cause: at least one of the one or more processors to process the biological information measured by the activity monitoring device, and the display to display an activity display and a sleep display based on the processed biological information.

A performance period may be predicted based on a pre-determined fatigue/recovery level instance within a fitness cycle.
